Jojo Part 4 Diamond Is Unbreakable Hardcover Manga Showcase And Review

I recently bought the latest volume in the jojo's bizarre adventure part 4 Diamond is unbreakable series. Since I have all the deluxe hardcover manga's I decided I would make showcase unboxing video in which I showcase all the books.
Diamond Is Unbreakable (Japanese: ダイヤモンドは砕けない) is the fourth story arc of the Japanese manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. It was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump for a little more than 31⁄2 years, from May 4, 1992,[3] to December 4, 1995,[4] with the 174 chapters collected into eighteen tankōbon volumes. In its original publication, it was titled JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Jōsuke Higashikata (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 第4部 東方仗助, JoJo no Kimyō na Bōken Dai Yon Bu: Higashikata Jōsuke). It was preceded by Stardust Crusaders and followed by Golden Wind.
This part introduces the Stand Arrow, which causes anyone pierced by it to develop a Stand if they are mentally strong enough. The Arrow was retroactively revealed to be the source of DIO's stand as well as the Joestar family's stands. The arc was adapted into an anime television series by David Production, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable, that began in April 2016.[5] A live-action film adaptation by Toho and Warner Bros. titled JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable Chapter I was released on August 4, 2017. Viz Media released the manga in English in a nine-volume compiled format from 2019 to 2021.

Thanks! I will try to upload more this year 😁 They are indeed not that cheap.. I was on the lookout for sales on these books whenever possible and was able find them for reasonable prices sometimes!

i just ordered Golden Wind 1-5 and im so excited! Ive absolutely been loving the anime up until part 4 (especially part 4) so im really interested in what part 5 is about

For anyone interested, Vol 1,5,6 and 9 cover the intro and main conflict with the true villain of the arc. So if you want a concentrated experience, especially after having watched the anime, then I recommend those volumes to save money. The remaining vols are more slice of life and have battles with other character. Really fleshes out the Town, but if you only want the main plot, then its 1,5,6,9.

@@jaymarth Unfortunately, Golden Wind's manga will only come in march 15th, however, I already have the last three vols of DIU, I'm at vol 11, the part where Kira gets BTD. We use the Bunko version and not the bigger ones like VIZ, unfortunately

They are black and white but some pages are colored by araki for specials and whatnot. (Like a chapter cover or something)

Is there a hard cover of Steel ball run?

Not at the moment. Currently part 5 Golden Wind is being released (and is on book 6 of a reported 9 hardcovers) and after that it will be part 6 Stone ocean. So somewhere after that Steel ball run will get a hardcover series. So to answer your question: Yes there will be, but it's still a long way off
