I think Joker is probably the funniest and most complex villain, Deathstroke (who doesn't really count as a villain) is the most badass, and Professor Zoom is the scariest villain, since the Flash even warned the Justice League never to engage him without his help and he can literally just erase you from existence if he feels like it.

Absolutely beautiful. This song perfectly captures Batman and the Joker's relationship. As much as he despises the Joker, Batman needs him. He is the Bat's true opposite and Batman can never get rid of him. If Batman were to kill the Joker, the Joker will have won. your post reminds me of an episode from 'the animated series' about what the Riddler did after he believed Batman had been killed off somehow or other. He actually became a wealthy puzzle maker and an instant success at fancy parties just by being really charming and stuff; but that in a way he actually missed Batman because he felt he was the only one really worthy of dealing with 'the game' and his ultimate puzzles as the Riddler after it came out that Batman was alive, he went back to that
