Wow...I'm glad you have the miraculous ability to know me and other people so well, that you can ignore any kind of personal opinion and stick our views solely onto the fact that Ledger died. You really oughta be a movie critic...you friggin idiot. Ledger was the best, because he was UNRESTRAINED. Nicholoson and Hamill were both tied down by WB calling the shots. They didn't hire Nicholson to be the Joker; they hired him to be Jack Torrance from The Shining. Hamill got it even worse; he got stuck on a kids' show and had to work through a PG rating. The unedited version of BB: ROTJ and B: MotP gives the closest marks that Hamill could hit with being a truly disturbing Joker. But as good as it was, Hamill's Joker was just funny, cruel and crazy. I even felt sorry for him when TKJ came out, cause I could tell again, WB ripped the stage out from under him in a desire to be more...I don't know what WB wanted TKJ to be, but they wanted more of it, and less of him. Ledgers' performance was DISTURBING. But please, ignore everything I just said, as you did before, and spout your nonsense based on nothing but a dislike for an opinion that isn't yours. To quote the Joker, "...that's about your speed...."
