I would highly recommend having some Lahori Nihari and some Halva Poori (make sure to try the chickpeas) at spice village (southall). It will be quite the contrast to how light this brunch was. If you're looking for similar light stuff then Scandi Kitchen in London does amazing Scandinavian brunches.

That way, the bread is not lost 😊

The butter was dutch... The history of Hollandaise sauce is riddled with debate as to who originally developed the sauce. Popular theory places its origin to a town in Normandy, France called "Isigny-Sur-Mer", known for its high-quality butter. According to history, France couldn't produce its own butter during the First World War and imported it from Holland - which led to it being known as Hollandaise.

Although its French name means “from Holland,” hollandaise sauce probably traces its origins to the northern French region of Normandy, where it was first called sauce Isigny, named after the dairy-producing Calvados town of Isigny-sur-Mer. Croque madam is not on a muffin its a sandwich with the egg on top

Waffles are the best. They may be even better than pancakes. Seems like they had one of the best time of their lives. May God bless them and everyone else around here.

"le pain perdu" (lost bread) refers to bread that had gone stale. When one makes "French toast", it is typically made with bread that has gone dry and stale. Soaking it in the egg mixture before frying "saves" bread that was previously lost or unusable.

Honestly the comment about the eggs and it being for a girl made complete and total sense to me LOL I used to work at a McDonald's when I was a teenager and when we make Sundays for people we always ask him if they want nuts on it or without nuts on it and when we call it back to the people to make it we would tell them that it was either male or female LOL as a code to put nuts or no nuts on it so the egg thing actually makes sense to me and I'd love this episode I love it when the three of you get together it's so funny and the food looks amazing I've never had eggs benedict but that eggs benedict with the salmon on the muffin looks so delicious I really want to try it

Why did Ollie say the French know how to start the day? The croissant originates from Austria where it was called Kipferl. Sure the French changed the dough from brioche to laminated yeast dough but if it wasn’t for the Austrian pastry the croissant would never exist.

Established Titles is a scam that's illegal in Scotland. This is because titles of laird, lord or lady aren't given based on land ownership, and souvenir land is illegal. Scott Shafer released a video explaining this. I hope you aren't sponsored by a scammer in future videos.

Ollie say Croquet Madame has eggs because women have the eggs. 😂 As a woman, I should be offended but I can’t wait to hear what is going to come out of Ollie’s mouth. He is the toddler with no filter we all wish to be.
