I feel like the only good JoJo father is Joseph, even when he met his son he never knew he had for a long time he still was nice and considerate of how Josuke felt. Jotaro literally left his daughter to go see dolphins, and Dio literally died to escape father hood (A legendary move), Joseph didn't even try to use Hermit Purple to get his wallet back in part 4.
