@@snaileffect3927 maybe if Crazy Diamond used the requiem arrow. But it can only restore physical objects to their regular self. It can heal a dead body, but it can't bring its soul back. No amount of training would create a whole new ability. Star Platinum always was able to use time stop, Jotaro hadn't discovered that until the fight with DIO. DIO practically upgraded himself, able to use his already existing ability longer. He never gained a new ability. I've only read a little bit of SBR, but it's possible that with practice, Johnny learned about more of its abilities it always had. And I've seen where Tusk had Act at the end, like Tusk Act 4, like Koichi's Reverb, it upgraded, which Josuke's Crazy Diamond can't do. If Crazy Diamond could bring the dead back to life, when Josuke used CD to heal his grandpa, he would have came back to life. Jojo still relies on logic, even with all the asspulls in it.

There is deference. The hand erase something and the remaining pieces sticks together LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. Cream however just erase it into blackhole. In avdol Death scene you can se his arms were bloody which make damaged tissue. That means it can be restored into healthy state. So Crazy diamond can counter Cream's erasing ability but not Okuyasu's the hand ability.

Avdol's fate is unknown once he was erased in one piece (Without arms) into blackhole. Iggy was by Polnareff's side when they were healed up so Josuke was around them during or right after fight and Polnareff killed Ice fast enough. Kakyion's case is so hard to choose but i highly doubt Joseph would carry Josuke during their run over rooftops. So Avdol MAY be alive, Iggy that depends on Polnareff's speed on killing ice and maybe delivering him to josuke but presumed dead, and Kakyion will be dead if Josuke wasn't around that encounter.

Joseph wears his prostetic hand inside glove. So Josuke didn't know his arm is just piece of metal and if he wants to heal his arm, it only repair his metal arm. Joseph's left arm is stump with made scar tissue which results into "healed state" when his arm don't bleed or making any kind of pain. Same could be used on Kakyoin in Hajnarus' part 4 where Kakyoin survived and he had metal spine as prostetic for his destroyed biological one and Josuke stated that he can "heal", not "create" missing parts of body.

After he lost an arm he was 95% and his arm as 5% left to space. Joseph's arm stump heals. Biologically he was STILL 95% of himself but for crazy diamond his body is 100% healed so there is nothing to restore.

we need to understand Josuke wasn't strong enough to wield stand in his youth just like holly and was rescued by his hero in Japan. In this case if Josuke was strong enough to wield stand he would probably wear hairstyle of crusader who defeats DIO once and for all, presuming Josuke wants to be that hero like him so, Josuke would probably wear Jotaro's hairstyle or wear similiar hats.
