thats how i learned how to fish with my papas old 6 foot medium berkley cherrywood spinnin rodin a crick catchin chubs. he gave me that rod last year and imma use it for everything this summer from bait to catfish to walleye

That river is identical to the Harpeth River and Middle Tennessee where you're at there's a bluff on one side flat land on the other and a log jam and three big slues that split off great fishing

Learned from experience, please cut that metal clamp off that stringer. Melt the end and tie a overhand knot in the end... I hate it when the ring, and/or the clamp gives out on a nice stringer full of fish.
