Your plugging stalekrackers two step @17:21? I would never buy it because it's loaded with monosodium glutamate..aka MSGs which is an ingredient meant to add flavor but primarily tricks the brain into thinking you are hungry all the time. Good vid though.

Bought some Cajun Two Step and House Autry and just skillet fried a nice channel one of my daughters caught yesterday. I did trim the red meat, and it was awesome! I've really never ate cat before, but there will be more in my future! I enjoy your videos. Thx

Great video. Landon is sure growing up fast. Enjoy cooking my walleye an perch like that . I use frying majic. Try getting a box of red lobster cheddar biscuit mix an using that gives it a different tastes. Tight lines

We have been using avocado oil for some time now. Great for frying fish. If you make Indian Fry bread the bread come out light and very tasty. You can pick up a bigger bottle of it over at Costco if you have one in your area. Thanks for sharing your way of skinning those fish. I just learn a new way. Tight Line

When I cook for myself, I don’t bother with the red meat. It doesn’t bother me at all but, I do clean it out when cook for others. Had some friends tell me they don’t like catfish. They changed there minds when they tried mine. I like to use Slap Ya Moma. Season the fish and the Louisiana Breading.
