What size pods did you put install

My bottom is 48'' so I went with the Medium. Worked out perfect. On the Beavertail site they have a chart to tell you what size you need by the bottom width of your boat.

Do pods slow boats down ? I have a 14-36 with a 670 Longtail and need a little floatation but can’t stand to loose any speed
@dondoesit15 күн бұрын
No loss of speed! The boat runs more free in the water as it is no longer dragging it's ass from the weight of the motor. All Positive !

@@dondoesitokay great ! You think it’s okay won’t affect plane ride speed not to mount them flush to bottom or side ? Inch up or so to and inch in on both side to side avoid drain plugs ?

@@coltensawyer6761 Flush to the bottom, No more than 1/2'' Rise is how the instructions read. I made mine perfectly flush to the bottom with no rise. and yes; all the way out .
