I'm trying to find the actual quotes of his emails. All I hear are videos about how people "feel" about his emails. As Jesse Jackson said, "You take the text out of context, and you got pretext." Personally, I cut people slack for a little bit of prejudicial thinking. I've been accused of all sorts of bad things, based soley on being "white" by lots of hispanics, and blacks, and even had them act out with hostility on their pre judgement of me. Sometimes, it happened on the construction site while I was covering for their mistakes, and bad attitude. It's really a pain to deal with, but I still took care of my crew, and only kicked people out of my crew who refused to "run the play that was called", but not for talking back, or even accusing me based on racial stereotypes. I want to see the actual text. I could give two sh*&s about how these guys feel. I'll decide how I feel independently.

Is this click bait? So what are the racist and sexist tropes that he reportedly said. Without being offensive, White people think they are better than others based on a special status at birth. When they relax among each other, this thinking plays out in disturbing ways such as is demonstrated by this instance. When I rhetorically ask, "so how is that working for you". The answers are predictively vulgar and witless. I conclude that the racial question has been and is painful for Blacks, but it is even more painful for Whites. If the Western World Enlightenment is not what we thought it would be, i.e. an example of majority rule, egalitarian justice and the art of high living, it is nothing at all. God is cheated and she is not happy about it.

Watch what you say or send in emails it follows you like you murdered somebody. Am I saying what was said was okay? Never. Am I saying what you say should follow you for a decade or more, a lifetime? Not saying that either but that is where SOME of us stand these days under the Microscope of life. Gruden was apologetic but in no way, like Thom Brennaman's comments, is that ever going to be good enough. However, take Jaylen Rose and what he said involving Kevin Love before the Summer Olympics, not 10 years ago in an email either, three months ago, and the different way of looking and handling these situations is absurd to say the absolute least. Rose is still plastered all over NBA media and telecasts. How do you be fair? You don't by pretending. We are in a pretend world where it comes to racism and even hate in the U.S. We know what it is yet we pretend it isn't under certain circumstances. Racism or discrimination in the dictionary is not accompanied by exceptions but in real life it is. We in essence are calling people dumb who are not dumb. Like certain politics people see the unfairness they see the truth in between all the lies. Thus people with any sense avoid groups and situations who think they are doing good things, good deeds, representing something they feel is a worthy cause. It is to them if they fit into certain categories where they use it to segregate themselves. BLM, civil rights, homosexual movements, transgender things, LGBTQ, all these crusades many people avoid it all because getting involved in it is not always living the truth and because in groups we all just simply don't fit in to it. Being asked, even directed, literally expected to care when your human choices say it doesn't involve you. It all results in being segregated (again) while you expect others to clean up the mess that frankly these crusade groups also had a very active part in creating. Many fingers get pointed but the mess they created is far from being cleaned up. Who made the mess? Then who should clean it up? Talking about poverty stricken inner city neighborhoods that have life but no maintenance or upkeep in their homes, businesses, their community. Who is supposed to clean that up? The few who live there that give a darn? They are not even close to the majority because the majority want someone else to come in and clean it up so, quite frankly, like a bad investment, they can destroy it again, mainly by letting it slip beyond repair. High expectations with little to no maintenance. You ask and others always give? They will give some many more than their fair share too but that soon runs out. You then avoid and run away. Like Afghanistan, you help those in order for them to be able to help themselves. It is that last part that 99% of the time fails. Fails by a landslide. An opportunity is afforded to so many of us but without the work and goals YOU are willing to do and achieve what then? Someone else's fault?
