Mel Kiper created all this pre-draft mock drafts, which led to the Current draft coverage and hoopla! However, he is no better than anyone else at judging talent, and worse than many. I suspect he gathers intel from those whose jobs are to study and rate the talents of draftees. But he has so many holes in his analysis, including existing talent on the teams picking. He is the last one I rely on to provide intel on players.
