Not only amazing artist and musician, Jon is a wonderful man, when I divorced and had to leave my two daughters I wrote him that whenever they were with me and had to return them on Sundays, I was listening his music, with tears in my eyes. He replied and thanked me, which didn't surprise me, you can't make music like he does not being an emotional being. You are listening someone who knows and feels.

I wish there were underwater earphones.. then i could go scubadiving in a lake.. let myself fall into the cold, dark abyss beyond.. nothing but me, silence, the beam of my light and a dark rock wall besides me.. and then be weightless and immersed in this sound. Somehow i think that deep, dark dives would be the best way to experience amphora.

If you have one of those little plastic water proof covers for phones (the ones who are like a advanced ziploc bag) you can put the song in the phone, float in a pool with your ears inside the water and put the phone underneath your head (inside the water). It's the nearest thing to water headphones, the vibration is amazing.

Wow, thanks for uploading this. Not only was I not aware there was full version out there, you've also introduced me to "A Strangely Isolated Place" the collective (as opposed to the Ulrich Schnauss album). Fantastic stuff.

There's actually a full version to this? I've only ever heard the clip, Cold Play version, and his remix of the Cold Play version.

Yep, this was originally on a mix from "A Strangely Isolated Place", but it was taken down when he used it for Coldplay's song. You can hear the song "Doldrums" by Âme coming in over the track towards the end.

@@mfourn97 Sure! The quality is quite bad though. I saw someone mention that the set is almost identical to the one at Glastonbury, here you go: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHWXpH-Yg7BgqNk It's about 50 min mark in that set, it's not 100% the same sadly as he is doing some stuff live.

ambient/downtempo, maybe you could consider it minimal techno too
