It's obviously a kayfabe injury, but he doesn't want to destroy the illusion. And when you have an eyepatch on a working eye for too long it can feel like your vision on that eye is fucked or it can start feeling a bit irritated, and that would explain why Mox's eyepatch isn't fully covered.

RKOSun yeah I can sort of see that, he seems a little new at socializing with this many fans. I met him at Starrcast IV in Baltimore, he's a real down to earth dude though. He's definitely trying to step out of his shell. I think he mentioned that too, he wants to get better at socializing.

There's a lot of wrestlers who are humbled and laid back. Jon, I believe he's so humbled that him underestimating his popularity is a great thing. He's one of the handful of wrestlers who showed the world, "Hey. There's more than the WWE out there." Especially with him, being fed up with the system and wanting pro-wrestling to be "pro-wrestling". Let the guys who's in that ring, do their thing. No micromanaging, give input, but let these guys do their thing.

From being stagnated and losing his spirit in what seemed like the only company available for wrestlers to make a big name, to becoming what he is today! One of the biggest badasses in wrestling today, in a fresh exciting and so far successful company, getting to do what he loves with no limitations. Its been awesome to watch, he deserves it

Glad to hear Mox rekindled his love for wrestling sooner than later. It was sad to see him leave The Shield but it's great to see him happy where he is. He has something of a Stone Cold factor to him. Heel or face he'll always be cheered. His rivalry with Jericho could very likely be legendary like Rock and Austin or Hogan and Savage. Can't wait to see where it goes
