Tbh I felt the same. Rhaegal being killed and Ghost surviving swayed it for him I reckon in an unconscious way. Maybe I'm reading too much of a connection to it. But I got the feeling had it been reversed where it was Ghost who died but Rhaegal lived Jon may have further cemented his bond to the dragon and swayed more that way slowly. Or maybe if they both lived he live the strength and connection of both. Just a hypothesis I dreamt up once. Its something I felt when I first saw that death that depressed me of Rhaegal. With his death Jon's connection to being a dragon diminished greatly. Of course that's without considering blood in the mix of course.

The far back shots to show size are usually CGI since the direwolves are larger then any dog they could get on set. Some close ups you can tell are a real dog and when they were younger they were dogs but in the later seasons they are CGI. It's pretty obvious.

In season 6, Bran has a vision of the Night King's creation. He was created at the same weirwood Bran was training under (evidenced by the arrow head mountain) nearby. Back then, the land was lush and fertile with no snow or ice shown. This has led some to believe that the White Walkers magic caused the land beyond the Wall to freeze, and the Wall itself blocked this magic from spreading farther south. Now that the White Walkers are gone so is their magic, and the land will return to how it was thousands of years ago. You can tell from this scene as the snow beyond the wall is thinner than it was before.

To all the people bitching about Jon not becoming king SCREW THAT. This was the right endgame for him. He's choosing the Mance Rayder path which is perfect for his character (and the people following him will follow him unconditionally since they owe their lives to him whereas if he took the Iron Throne the Dothraki and Unsullied would most certainly have caused problems for him). Plus he and Ghost are reunited.

I really liked Sansa's storyline. She was raised to be a pretty and obedient little wife to some lord, without a real thought or opinions of her own (remember how she betrayed Arya and the butcher's boy for Joffrey's sake), to push through one hardship after another to finally be elected queen of the north. Sansa was irritating in the beginning, but her character really grew to a splendid finale.
