I love how Jon and TDS have no problem calling out and poking fun of the Dem when the situation merits. So refreshing to have this kind of honesty and self-awareness compared to the other side which handles any and every failure and screwup with lies, spins, obfuscation, and whataboutisms. as much as the democrats are miles better than republicans on almost every issue, their messaging and media coverage is almost as intolerant of criticism or dissenting opinions than the right is. Just look at the treatment of palestine supporters at the DNC, ignored and hidden out of fear that they might make the party look bad. They don’t invite differing ideas and civil disagreement, they propagandize, because Americans politics is just marketing, and you’re right, few people are brave enough to talk about the issues and criticize the party even when it’s not convenient like Jon is.

I'm so glad you're relieved and healing as am I. Would like to encourage you though to not assume Dems will win. We got cocky, made a lot of assumptions, and didn't take them seriously in 2016 and look what happened. We're still in honeymoon stage with Kamala, and when RFK Jr drops out and endorses Trump (quid pro quo for RFK getting a position in his Cabinet) it will be more competitive. Do not believe the polls, do not relax, we need everyone to donate and volunteer and talk to others and GOTV. Excitement does not equal victory, we have to put this momentum into action
