This guy is a clown who abuses his power television gives him. There's a way to address people who are having problems, especially in front of others. Even though some of these people may be inappropriate, you never stoop to their level and do it yourself. It's all for tv and shock value. If you actually look up to this and think it's cool. Then you're delusional. Someone is going to clean his clock. Why this is still on tv. I have no idea. Pouring a drink, serving food and cleaning isn't rocket science.

I watched this and saw my EX boss in so many ways, cursing, insulting, disrespectful and degrading to employees and customers. Blaming everyone else that we aren’t busy. Actually screaming in my face that he’s the owner he makes the decisions. Skimming tips off debit transactions. Never having a 2 week schedule done but calling the day he makes it to come in that day, and threatens to fire you if you don’t come in. I want my kids to stand up for themselves but I wasn’t doing it for myself, and my husband saying let me disrespect his wife like he talks to his employees. See how he likes that. Asked for an apology got laughed at and told come to work. I refused, if I’m not good enough for an apology then I’m WAY to good to work for him. 4 other waitresses walked out with when I did.

I just watched the Lonnie episode today (crazy old lady musician) and honestly, she is very dissapointing. Her son should own it as he actually tries and does good, but for some reason she still has ownership. To keep it short, Jon did one of the best renovations I've ever seen on this show, probably #1 (and I've watched this show A LOT). She looked at it dissapointed that it wasn't her "Wonderbar" and changed the name a few days after. I believe they changed it to "clear bar" with all these cool ice sculptures and awesome decor. He even kept her stage. She was so ungrateful.

Imo the decor sucked and the ice sculptures would have melted and would have needed to be replaced regularly. Sometimes Jon needs to realize that he can't change someone and either leave or give them what they want. Or have all his work undone the next day lol they should have worked with her to find a new location for her bar in a better area or smt. But yeah, she was fucking crazy.
@cosettio
@cosettio Жыл бұрын
@Koselill 100% agree. it sucks that on this show they're only given 3-4 to completely change a bar. even a week would be better and would show longer lasting results. and also, i do agree about the ice sculptures, there's way she would be willing to not only upkeep them, but to take financial risks with them.
