Promote positivity and allow Jonah to become the best version of himself. Todd, Jeff, and Scott are physically fit and they have the knowledge to help him. The winner should get 100$ per every 5 pounds lost and the money should go to an organization that helps decrease obesity within our society. Jonah if you are reading this, I don’t know whether or not these bits actually hurt your feelings or not, but the universal fact is that you have the power to change yourself. Don’t have the attitude that you don’t want too because I believe deep down that you also have come to realize is that you can become a better version of yourself.

Look, I know everyone wants David in the chair because, well, he's David - but I really want to see him with a decent hair cut. I loved his hair longer, but these cuts he's been getting lately are NOT GOOD. I am curious to see what he would look like with more of a structured style, or if he just grew it out again that would be cool too. Jeff, I enjoy your dry, sarcastic sense of humor.
