I think the next AWFC manager would be the lucky one. Mariona Caldentey and Emily Fox has shown the level required to perform at the top level Consistently. To add to that the new manager would have an array of exciting young players to chose from which Jonas didn't have when he joined. Ergo If the right appointment is made Arsenal can quickly turn into a dangerous team.

I dont agree about russo. She scores a lot of goals Regularly for England and is often their best player so something about the arsenal set up isnt suiting her at the moment. I do think she is a natural finisher just not at arsenal at the moment for whatever reason.I think caldentey coming in the team will benefit her tbh. Their link up play before russos goal on Wednesday was really good and hopefully that will continue. I do however, agree about the chopping and changing too be it from a defensive point of view not good for continuanity familiarity, etc, and i think the same applies to constantly swapping russo and blackstenius around too. Stick with one for a while to let them settle. Maybe then the goals will come?

I don't see how Stina stays if she is permanently demoted to being a sub. And I don't know what Jonas promised her to secure her extension this summer, but that's obviously moot now. She's not 20 anymore, and she'll want to keep her place in the starting 11 for the Swedish national team. I see why Arsenal would want to keep her though, with her pace she's potentially lethal with fresh legs late in the game.

What about if, as no one listens to the players, they are often said to have no proper voice….eg see what went on for a long time in spain nat team, they do the only thing they can and make themselves heard woth their feet and only give 70%? He seemed like not a very good man manager and he would shout and scream at refs and viv talked about him as having anger issues. Maybe the team wanted him gone and so played so he would lose his job. So fara and you can say they have to take responsibility, and maybe they would but cant publicly say what was going on as that would be admitting they have no power against a bully. Lets see what happens under a new coach.

A little bit of help for you, a mean average (the most common) you add the numbers together and divide by the number that is there, i.e. 2.67. A modal average is the most common - i.e. 3. So I'm not quite sure where you got 5 Nicky. I can give you more basic maths help if you wish

Rebecca are you lashed?? …two completely different players Russo has a lot of strengths, hold up play is second to none, But yes Rach Daly is a GOALSCORER and if you watched her play regularly for England you’d see she played the majority of her games at fullback and not as a striker!
