Thanks, Gregor, and I think riders should take every single opportunity to shine where they ride best and Jonas is a grand tour champion at the height of his powers and one look at his rival reveals that, yes, riding both is possible in this modern era, Tadej won both and likely could've taken another piece of pie at the buffet in Spain. Still, I respect his sense of caution and an entire grand tour may be just what he doesn't need in advance of a mighty Tour showdown with the rider being heralded as nearly the greatest the world has ever known. Jonas will be facing both Tadej and all that hype, yikes.

Guys , it’s not anymore between two guys. Primo did not say last word and Remco is getting there 💪🏻💪🏻

Maybe Remco, but Roglic can’t beat them

Remco is a beast at flat time trials but is still very far off in grand tours and mountain stages from Jonas. He would have been distanced even further in the TDF if Jonas was healthier and could have tried to push Pog in more stages.

The way these guys ride today, it’s perfect prep for the tour.

I would love to see it. These two battle the Tour and the Giro!!!! That would be great

The truly greats should do both, even if they don’t win

He should definitely try the Giro, if Pogi is not going then he can most likely be guaranteed to win the Giro and use it as preparation for the Tour.

Not crashing !!! Vinne should ask his team mate Wally Van Aert

being an Italian my view is if you dont think the Giro is important dont come... stay in France!!!!

100% agreement. The thing that separates today's "stars" from yesterday's greats is the lack of pursuit of all races.

He can't do it. Should focus on the Tour.

Vingegaard is so not ready to win two grand tours in a year. He almost never races outside of the Tour compared to Pogacar who has always had a long season, racing classics and grand tours. It worked for Pogacar because he was already used to peaking in the spring for classics and his rivals getting hurt made for easier tours. A giro-tour double against a top shape Pogacar is another story.

Jonas, the most boring guy to watch

Jonas was pretty much the only rider in all of last season to chase and successfully track down Pog when he went on a long-range attack. Same thing the last few years. I guess you would rather not see him race and watch others like Roglic or Remco just let Pog go off in the distance while they are happy to be resigned to finish well behind him.

If Remco and Rodglic goes to the Giro, Vingegaard shoulnt go to the Giro, to hard and risky.

He beat them easily

Yes he's a fantastic rider - but he's a one trick pony, targeting the tour. Pog wins all over the place - he's way, way better overall...

Vendegard knows who his adversary is. When will Pegaczar get the respect he deserves? He is Vendegards 'nemesis. How will he defeat him?
