Well, it's a studio recording - probably a dozen clips spliced together. Also, the very soft all-round sound and even levels, tells us that they have done a lot of adjustments to the audio. He would probably not be able to sound that even singing live.

Why oh why dear Jonas? Not aging well are we, now 52 and going to seed. A German operatic tenor attempting sugary American Christmas songs...fake stage snow is the epitome of kitsch and even the playback sounds off sync. Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Tony Bennett and Sinatra have already been there and set the bar oh so high. Stop right now Maestro and go back to your Fach or you’ll end up as bad as Domingo...
