Bless him.Such maturity not just in voice but mentally.Unlike many he has not let fame go to his head.He is beautifully humble and just an all round very nice young man.He totally blew me away on Britains got Talent.He has a very healthy outlook on life too.Spot on about the news too.He has a got a very mature and healthy mindset.Totally love who he his as a person and I for one shall be keeping a close on him as there is no doubt he will be one of the greats.I also love him for not selling Charlotte short and he remained faithful to his friend.Charlotte knew he was something very very special and she too is someone so young but incredibly mature .They loved and respected one another and supported one another so much that they let each other go so each could peruse each other's dreams.That's true friendship.

Jonathan Antoine has helped my Grandson Jake by hearing such a positive and inspirational message about Depression/Anxiety . He just left to go to University and for first time away from our family , Although he isn't a classical fan, Heavy Metal, Alternative music, but i do send Jake links of interviews of Jonathan when he talks about Mental illness and it does help Jake to hear the positive message and that there is hope Thanks again xoxoxo

Realmasterorder From what I'd heard, it wasn't that they "broke up" in any animosity or for any ill motive, it is for quantities of the duets available to do. There is not enough music to keep them busy as there is for solos. It was a case of economics, the production costs for an album could eat you alive if your album does not sell unless you have your own sound studio and then only if you are singing karaoke, with a pre-recorded backup tape or CD. If you had a new piece of music, which was not in sheet music and you got an orchestra to play it, you'd have to have the talent to know how to do a full score. That does not come cheap and even for the music for movies like Star Wars, the author found rarely listened to classical music and used that to create his own modified composition because of the budget. The original Star Wars did not have the bucks to spend as they would now. If both Jonathan and Charlotte have live shows I think they'd invite one another if they were in the same city, to perform together. What would be interesting is to see a show of where the top musical talent together from BGT or AGT, etc. I think both of these two gems of people have is very kind hearts. Charlotte was not the self-absorbed young female who would look at Jonathan and say "we are not going to be beautiful together and BTW, you have a really bad weight problem". So glad of that, she was the wind beneath his wings, that is a duet, where the female is sung to and would be perfect for Jonathan. Even if she was not there, to have her image behind him, would be so moving for all of us. She gave him the courage to go on BGT. I believe they knew each other from practicing together as both had the same voice teacher. There are women who will love a man who is "big" to say the least. But Jonathan deserves a special woman who has a heart like his, one who will love him in a forever way and not out to cash in on him. He'd be a wonderful father. But I also do hope with what is known now with nutrition, that Jonathan could learn how to lose some weight for his health. So many who are BIG not, just singers but actors, have died prematurely because of their weight. I discovered a couple called "Krocks in the Kitchen" on YT, and it is a couple who have learned how to eat differently and were both nearly as much over-weight and have come down to a much more normal size. The man was certainly heavier than Jonathan, it seems to me. So there is hope for that. It is also a diet for those who have had cancer or have cancer having killed most of their family (that is my case) so that they avoid cancer. I've eaten this way 10 years now and have avoided all cancers, but my husband would not join me, sadly, until after he had to have a Prostate cancer surgery. He is cancer-free but he is 5 years out, still incontinent. He feels great, we've both lost 50 lbs. And I take no meds and he takes 1/2 pill for high blood pressure. It is not terrifically high, but is slightly high yet. I am 67 and he will be 69 this month. Jonathan is a treasure to the world, so I do hope we are privileged to have him around for as long time. I am glad he is making an effort to lose weight. My best friend is a nutritionist and she is Vegan, so that is what we are. You have a good heart too, I wish you well too.

@@courag1 Thanks a lot for sharing your very nice thoughts and experiences,i agree in most things you mention,and about the Duets they could do stuff together once in a while like they did their early record that was pretty succesfull,they can also have special appearances at times while continuing their Solo carriers,the reason why i would really like to see them together even as a couple is because i believe that they are special people and really complement each other in different ways,charlotte was very supportive of Johnathan before he became well known and got more confidence and defended him if anyone would say something bad or make fun about his weight,i believe there clearly was something there between them but they did not let it grow for various reasons and they did their own thing and seem to have found other people to be their partners although they never speak about that especially charlotte is under the Radar for a looong time now and does not seem to do much lately and also does not give much information to any fans about what is happening unlike Jonathan that regularly Does appearances at least before the Covid Thing and uploads videos and lets fans know whats going on. I hope you and your Husband and loved ones Be Blessed and stay healthy for all your lives,you recognized me as a kind soul from just a few lines above and i find that very nice,it takes one to recognize one as they say :)

The Almighty took Pavarotti from us, slowly silencing Carraras and Domingo. Bocelli power also diminishing, it happens. But we've been given a new jewel, rare superb young talent in an adorable and charming package. He will make classical and opera popular again. Ive always loved opera, especially La Traviata. Antoine really energizes my appreciation of the classics and also enjoy his introduction of modern pieces. Astonishing is the word that comes to mind, but still seems so trite. So look forward to watching his career and hope he can span the US one day.

I have to say , I truly hate opera. However, whenever I need a boost I keep coming back to music from this man, and his former partner. Even though I usually have no idea what is being sung, I tend to have shivers. Always. It is truly a heartening experience to see how far he's come. His confidence has grown so much, and it makes me so proud for him. From the days when he would keep looking to Charlotte for his cues to now....amazing! Good on ya mate!
