As a Atheist....I believe what he said was indeed helpful. Marching through the streets and yelling "all cops are bastards" isn't peaceful, it's the opposite. Personally, by him invoking God, it should give people the opportunity to self reflect on what it means to be helpful. Not really. He's a 22 year old man who has no idea the damage his stance is doing to the cause of his people. He's is very devout to the religion he practices. There are those who are just as devout about his same religion who don't consider him to be a real person. Race was created in the 14th century. Christianity embraced white supremacy on a global bases, despite Jesus never speaking or professing racism or prejudice. This young man is doing what he thinks is right and has no idea of how that same religion has been used to justify those that would see him and those like him eliminated.
