The burst he has as soon as he gets the ball is tough for defenses

Holy fuck he’s so good. I’m continuing to watch this team next year just for this guy. He’s like LT to me
@leemiller48563 жыл бұрын
ladianian tomlinson was the exact comp i thought of.

what do u think about JT now?
@ImaginaryNate2 жыл бұрын
@@b4ushootszed414 (Thx for asking) In my true opinion. JT is the next “rare” runningback who is gonna be an all-time great. There are a lot of backs who come and go, but the one thing that prevents them from putting up the big numbers is consistency, and consistency stems from injury. I think JT is a special back, he can avoid injury better than most other players can. And since he’s already so good so early on in his career, if he can keep up this pace for the next 6 years, he’ll forsure be one of the best of all time. All you need is the consistent numbers year after year, and he’s one of the few on the right track by having over 1,000 yards and 10+ touchdowns both seasons since entering the league, and he even went above & beyond that this year. It’s amazing to me how everyone was surprised he had such an amazing year in 2021, but if you paid attention his rookie year you would’ve seen the potential. And he has something many others don’t: catching ability. JT, like LT, could do it all. But only time will tell, so let’s see how he does his 3rd year.

If Im picking #2 and McCaffrey is gone, Taylor is my pick.

Jonathan Taylor sure had a great rookie season and in my opinion, he he should’ve been the starter from the very beginning.
@megatroneata99113 жыл бұрын
as a colts fan, he actually wasn't good the first half of the year. The highlights here make him look good but he really wasn't. It was the second half when he started showing stuff that he got more carries and then he popped off.
@1999yanks3 жыл бұрын
Yea, he was still adjusting to the speed of the nfl and being over=protective of the ball. And marlon mack is very good RB himself especially behind that line
@robertbrent89583 жыл бұрын
Dude, why? He was missing holes and didn't know how to read the line and the def in the beginning...he didn't become consistent until week 6
@robertbrent89583 жыл бұрын
up until week 6 he was very mediocre

I know he’s not as big as Henry but this kid can run and catch. He should be a true bell cow instead of Hines coming in for passing downs. I grabbed him and Najee so I hope they can both go off this year.

Absolutely love how the Media isn't giving this Beast more props and just flying under the radar. Finished top 3 in Rushing 5th or 6th yds from scrimmage and getting zero love. Lets Go Hard again JT!!! GO COLTS BABY!!!

Not to mention he practically did that in only the last 9 games of the season

He reminds me so much of Clinton Portis. Great size and an incredible combination of power and speed. Also like Portis, he doesn't shy away from contact and has the ability to make a big play anytime he gets the ball with his top-tier athleticism as well as his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. As an Eagles fan, I can't say I'm exactly actively rooting for the Colts (because of them stealing our QB lol) but I do wish him, Wentz, and the rest of that talented offense the best of luck. They could be very, very dangerous if Wentz can get back to form. Good luck and best wishes from Philly.

Think of what he could have done if he wasn't sharing carries the first half of the season still finished with over 1,100 yards

Carson Wentz must have a decent year or he's forever trash in my book. Why? Because any QB who doesn't look decent with Taylor, Nyheim and that offensive line the Colts have is gonna look eternally trash. No excuses.
