Fresh eyes on the case. Take it back to the beginning. Move it forward to where the grand jury suggested parents were guilty of neglect causing death. Full stop. Investigate the DA Hunter. Move the case forward from this point. 30 years investigation. 1 million pages of paperwork. A grand jury decision. A body. A "ransom" note. Interviews. DNA testable items. This case can still be solved. Justice for JONBENET❤

Can’t get past the note. I’m not sure if any case in history that had a lengthy 3 page note written like that, in the mother’s handwriting, with an exact recent bonus amount. If the intention was ransom then no one is coming in unprepared and having to search around for a pen and paper. A ransom note and operation is more organized than that, I wonder if he made a coffee and ate a dessert while writing it. The note was a panic move in an attempt to cover up whatever went horribly wrong. The DNA is apparently touch DNA, no body fluids etc. The point of entry was a window that was already broken months earlier - and just so happens the killer finds that particular window BUT they were careful enough that they left all the cobwebs intact. The 911 call was bizarre and even the call taker felt like something was off. John’s demeanor was weird about having friends over etc… that’s intentional to contaminate the scene. The last thing I’m doing if my daughter is missing is calling up friends to come over- again no dummy, bring more DNA over. Then when police state they are gonna do a thorough walk-through, he all of a sudden hurries to the basement and goes into a back room that even the housekeeper didn’t know was there for months and bam found her wrapped in a blanket. The tape covering her mouth and fibers from the mom’s sweater from the night before (usually a damning piece of evidence overlooked). Then the parents were extremely uncooperative with the initial investigation and lawyered up. Not saying the police didn’t do a bad job botching the crime scene because they certainly did, but so many things just directly point at the parents. Oh, and the killer just stopped and vanished into thin air to never strike again!

Touch DNA doesn't necessarily come from the murderer and there could be a very benign explanation for how it got there since touch DNA is from shed skin cells. If the DNA was from semen or blood, then that's a completely different story (but there was no semen or blood in this case)

As you shouldn't! This man knows the truth and is running propaganda for his family... A grand jury suggested charges against the parents for neglect leading to death. The FBI investigation concluded the same. The truth is strange but also very apparent in this case, and it is sad to see people fooled by this.. Also, it's TOUCH DNA, which means nothing and over the years it has been found that DNA could have come from anywhere and a number of people not involved with the crime

Are you serious? If that was my child, I'd be at the damn DOORSTEP of the police. He wants family genealogy done, and it's the policies' job to make it happen. If it solves the case, then why the hell not. Yet the police hardly do anything to touch this case, but that part doesn't strike you odd either right? You've got this entire case figured out then I guess. A youtuber cracked the case!
