Current work out routine -
25 x press ups
15 assisted pull ups
20 squats holding a 15kg plate
15 clean and jerks
10 bicep curls (17.5 kg dung bell)
25 sit ups
Headstand
Plank (90 secs and building)
4 sets back to back with 60 secs rest between. The weights can be increased or the amount of reps changed etc.
I run 30 mins any day I don’t skate or climb.
