Thanks for a great video. After watching this I jumped on to Wish to have a look. I ordered a Rovyvon style keyring torch on 29 June for a total cost of £8.87 inc P&P. It arrived today and I rewatched your video to understand all the different modes. I usually EDC a 2x AAA penlight, so looking forward to trying this form factor. Planning to pickup a proper Rovyvon if I like it. Thanks again.

I've had the tech bag for years. It's attached to my backpack. It was perfect when I was a computer tech. Mine is well built and sturdy.

Mostly tat as you would expect, but i've been carrying that Rovyvon A8x "homage" torch for quite some time now, and for price/function, it really is a bargain, I bought mine from ebay and have since gifted several to family and friends. At about £10 a go, they are great vfm compared to the equivalent Rovyvon. I've also tried that carabiner tool from ebay as well, it's not bad as a back-up, and is again an "homage" to a True Utility FIXR. The bags and pouches are ok actually. Maybe you should do a real budget EDC equivalents video, but go for better brands or ask for recommendations? Heinnie Haynes and True Utility are a good place to start, but I would avoid Wish always!

Amazing episode 😂 Definitely the funniest and most fun yet. You personalities really show! As I live in Israel and many companies don't ship here, or ship at a very high price (30$ and up) - and not to mention our terrible customs and postal services - I do buy quite a lot of Chinese EDC gear for one reason: To check out the gear. I don't buy from Wish, though. I buy from AliExpress, where costumer service is good and it shows reviews and pictures uploaded by people who really bought the products. It is also generally cheaper than Wish, for the same products even. For example I bought that exact knock-off key organizer. I hated it. Saved myself quite a bit of money. Found a different organizing solution btw. I feel most EDCers wouldn't want more episodes of this, as they are very passionate about supporting the rightful owners of the designs. Personally, though, I would really like another one!

For the people that like the photo of the micro screwdriver set. It's called the "Xiaomi YDE-03702 Mijia Wiha Multi Tool 24 Precision Screwdriver Heads Anti-slip Alloy" And it is not expensive and VERY GOOD. To give an idea, the lpl, lockpick lawyer uses it. Just don't get it on wish 🤣

your karabiner multi tool is a copy of the true utility "Fixr" tool, it gets a surprising amount of use for opening boxes, the blade is meant to be used in conjuntion with a notch on the gold screwdriver portion as a wire stripper.

I had that tactical pen. It fell apart in two months use as a writing pen. You will notice as well it fails as a tactical pen as it is sharp on both ends. You can't put your thumb on one end and deliver any force as a weapon.

I have been buying from Wish for several years now,clothes,watches,torches,power packs,household goods,bracelets,rings,many different items,and am altogether very pleased. A few weeks ago a record player I ordered did let me down when the arm fell apart the next day,but Wish gave me the choice of refund or credit. No hassle at all. I have just ordered a new wallet today. I certainly would not pay the exhorbitant prices charged everywhere else,especially in my local shops. Good, entertaining video!

I bought 3 of the pens from Ali and am quite happy with them. They're fairly fat and full sized pens that take a G2 cartridge. Obviously they're not the same as a high quality tactical pen and are lighter, but I can take these anywhere and not worry about it getting lost. I've also ordered the torch which is yet to arrive.

17:05 Actually bought a cheap wallet on purpose to test it out but mine is real aluminium and carbon and triple the price (~20€). I liked the concept but wasn't really sure if it would work for me. I ended up going back to an regular but more leaner and smaller leather wallet than my old one and store the cards I not use every day in the cheap wallet. But yes I would have bought a real Ridge wallet if the cheap wallet had worked for me cause I think if you really like a product you should support the 'real' manufacturer of it.

What came is my most used and valued screwdriver set. Its tiny and very lightweight so I don’t even notice its in my extra pocket and I use it for everything! Its design is genius because they don’t fall out and literally takes 5 minutes to figure out how to properly and easily take them in and out. You didn’t even try it! Lol. You literally proved how valuable the design is by shaking it to high heaven and they stayed in place! If you work on electronic type things, this is the best edc tool ever.

I have a different version of the tech pouch that I use for work. It's decent, and I've been using it for about 5 years. I have a bunch of stuff that I carry in it, so it works effectively for the use-case. There are varying qualities of them.

I got a Cold Steel Rajah 2, Benchmade Adamas, Benchmade mini Griptillian, and Microtech Exocet from Wish and don't feel ripped off. The only one that disappointed me was the Benchmade mini Griptilian. I loved the Rajah 2 so much, I bought a real one, which cost 3 times as much.

Please don’t buy more knock-off junk that will end up in a landfill. That said, there are many items one can get which are more than worth their price tag. How about an episode with EDC gear found in thrift stores, Craigslist, freebie sources? I have found several items including an older Leatherman at garage sales. Good episode. 🌿

Funny that I actually have this "tactical pouch" for years. I have NO recollection when I've gotten it or from where. I actually got it to be able to work on convention/consumer events in the video game industry, when I was required to be on my feet all day and handle a ton of various situation, and stay mobile (no overloaded pockets/bags...). This pouch saved me countless times over Gamescom and Paris Games Weeks xD Back then, I had no idea I was doing some EDC. Nowadays I still have it around and use it as a backup when I need to carry my EDC around in a different bag and I don't want to lose all my gears around.

Those pouches are good for a two or threes uses. After that, they fall apart. You get what you pay for. Maxpedition make great pouches. I bought the micro bit set but actually got Wiha bits in the picture shown.
