Just love your content. Would probably love to live in Hua Hin. One topic that I found missing in almost all KZbinrs in Thailand is what i call "the in between". Before moving in, do the big change in your life, you need "to try" for a 3-4 month. No one talk about this part : either for tourism or expat. How easy is it to rent a place for a few month, how to acclimate yourself to that new reality, how easy or difficult it is, reality of "offshore" work, etc. I am 51, from Canada, and would love to try few months a year before doing the big jump if it's for me. I do believe that i am not the only one who would like one or two video on this topics. Many Tks Jonny

Very good, very good Jonny and very informative ;-). If I go to Thailand for my two months trips in future years (my retirement time) would be more interested for renting a quiet service appartment (service = cleaning and/or cooking) near a transportation point (bus or train station)....so if you have informations about that kind of rentals, let me know. My alternative is an hotel in Prachuap Khiri Kan muang.

Great content from a bright guy. Could you address the weather a bit perhaps? In the rainy season what do you do...where do you go nearby if you want to avoid rainy season? Next, an interesting combo is Hua Hin primarily and ideally spend July thru October in Italy perhaps. The Thai side is so inexpensive frees up $$$ for some fun Euro travel. Airbnb in Italy can be fairly reasonable a few miles from hub tourist centers. Perhaps a part 3 addressing more issues is in order as everyone loves your first two videos!!! Cheers...

Hua Hin is a nice quiet beach city I liked the vibe when I visited. Definitely on my list of potential retirement spots. One question I have is why they never resurrected the Hua Hin -> Pattaya ferry after Covid closed it down? Seems like a convenient way to travel back and forth rather than take taxi or drive, yet as far as I'm aware it is still closed. Is there a speedboat or any other method of sea travel?

I prefer hotel at a cost of Bath 500-1000 per night. Why, well, no cleaning, no washing of bed linen, no need to make breakfast and do the dishes. But of course I could live in a house, but then at a lower price of about Bath 5000-10000 so I can have a maid who does everything. The market (12 min in too the video), it's a new place? I don't recognize that. Micke 🇸🇪
