It´s look incredible. It looks so good because both scenes are very similar. The Nerv attacks Ramiel in the same way that the army attacked Godzilla, until they are wounded and bleed showing vulnerability, but then they counterattack in a devastating way. Is that even the colors of the attacks are the same.

no, but Shin Godzilla is directed by Hideaki Anno and Shinji Higuchi, both directors of evangelion, so Shin Godzilla was obliged to resemble or make references to evangelion, because that is the style of both directors. Like the train scene, the army's attacks on Godzilla are the same as when they attack the angels. The scene of the atomic breath of godzilla and the battle with the fifth angel, Ramiel, are quite similar.
