Fun fact. Without the holiday special we never would have gotten the Mandalorian as a tv show. The cartoon segment of the special was the first thing Boba Fett was in, and without that we never would have gotten him or Jango or the entire history of mandalore and the mandalorians and a huge part of the clone wars would have never existed. So yeah we have the holiday special to thank for a huge part of star wars continuity

The cartoon segment of this was the only part Lucas was happy with, he even included it as a bonus on the blu-ray set and would rehire the animation studio for the Droids and Ewoks cartoons, even the late Don Francks (of shows like X-Men TAS and movies like Rock and Rule and My Bloody Valentine) was brought back to voice Boba again.

Looking back now, this was kinda the best Jontron reboot episode. If you've followed game grumps from the beginning. jon left to pursue other projects and moved. So the first game grumps were separated. From what we seen on youtube (we don't know behind the scenes when they didn't talked about their stories on game grumps), they were really good friends. Also alot of us were upset they separated, and rumors were spreading about them. What made this episode great, is because years later, jon and arin are back together, even if its for one small scene.
