I've been wondering how to balance my love for Harry Potter with my disgust for the person its author has been revealed to be. Your idea of buying but donating to a trans-supporting cause is brilliant. When you do figure out where to donate, I'd love to know. And thank you for using your platform to speak out against the garbage person that is JKR. Many with a public platform don't dare for fear of "offending" someone. It always does my heart good when I find another person who's on the right side of this issue. (Of course, I knew you were one of "my people" the first time I caught a video!) Thank you for again filling up my TBR. I've been taking notes! Sometimes I worry I spend more time researching and finding new books and authors to consume instead of actually reading. Anyone else???!!! Happy New Year!

Devil's Creek was amazing, probably my favourite book from last year. It's up there with the best small town horror I've read, very much like early King. I'm sure you will enjoy.

Rio Youers is so good! If you can get your hands on a copy, pick up his book WESTLAKE SOUL. I had to downgrade a bunch of previous five star reads because they didn’t belong in the same sphere as WS.

Halloween fiend was so fun! I read it last year the day before Halloween and it was just so great. I also own every book by the author of rotter house, other than rotter house. I’ll have to add that one to my collection soon!
