It's not my place to say that they are on steroids or not, but I can tell you they aren't "much better than him" like you have claimed. The fact that his traps start at the top of his head and the sheer mass of muscle he has on his body at such an old age shows he’s on something. It is literally physically impossible for ANYONE to stay that way when they get to that age because your hormones begin to diminish and there’s no way he could be that explosive and look like that without using something
