Wow. I know taste in films is completely subjective. But I can’t believe he chose The Babadook over Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I did not like The Babadook at all, and TCM is one of my favorites. That just surprised me is all. But hey to each his own, regardless of that, Jordan Peele is an incredible director 🫡

Part 6 is great, my one gripe about the Tommy Jarvis "saga" is that part 6 does not explain how Tommy had decided to stop being haunted by his past and instead choose to use his experience as a catalyst for destroying Jason.

The Exorcist isn't on here because he doesn't like it as much as the mainstream does and it's somewhat controversial to say that it ISN'T the goat horror movie. It would be a big hot take if he just flat out didn't like it. He knew going into it that his favorite is Nightmare on Elm Street and knew he would get absolutely annihilated by people if he picked that over the Exorcist.

The Horror movies I watched and enjoyed are 10 Cloverfield Lane, Shaun of the Dead, Happy Death Day, Zombieland, Zombieland: Double Tap, Predator, Coraline, Monster House, and two of the three movies of Peele’s trilogy, Get Out and Nope. I won’t watch Us, because it looks too bleak for me to enjoy. I will, however, watch Jaws, Misery, and The Lost Boys.
