I’d suggest fixing your ableism issues with lawpro before considering yourself mental health or discrimination expertise informed.

The College of psychologists of Ontario enjoys a right to endorse, denounce, or even strike off any member they choose. To suggest that there is some matter of law to settle in this case implies there is wiggle room for the free speech of groups who should be allowed to choose their own members. Jordan still enjoys his right to free speech. Even absent a membership he once had but has no “charter right” to. To put it more succinctly: Canadians do not have a charter right to being a member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Tell that to lawpro. (Promotes ableism, erodes the illusion we are “regulated “.
