The final bit where Sam called out Deepak Chopra was sooo on point. Jordan does exactly the same thing. He signals to Fundamentalist Christians, and then barely walks it back when pressed. He knows that his ideas resonate with bigotry, detachment from objective reality, rejecting established consensus, conspiracy mindedness and all of the worst parts of Fundamentalist Christianity, but he doesn't want to offend that base. Jordan seems to be talking about a form of meditation and self reflection. I don't think there's anything else to it. To his point, your answers from the realization of you doing wrong and how to fix things will come forth as you move about in life, either in unexpected or expected ways, but that's a fact of life. For some people they are luckier than others, and these answers are easily found, others not so much and it takes a lot more "soul searching" to find them.
