Πλάτων (Plato) was the first human being to talk about an abstract cosmos of ideas that is beyond our realm of reality. He strongly believed that ideas select people and that gifted people's wisdom has to come from a place far far away where all the ideas originate from. He was probably trying to explain why every human being has his own charisma, passions and talents. So the idea that Yung talked about the fact that ideas own us was not his idea in the first place. Quite the irony, isn't it?

It’s so fascinating to consider the fact that you aren’t really in control of yourself. I think the example of your mind being akin to a ship with an unruly crew (your subpersonalities and subconscious motivations) being led by a righteous captain (your conscious trying to create your ideal reality) is brilliant. I guess from a practical application standpoint, you just need to catch yourself procrastinating your goals (short AND long term) and take a moment to hone in your focus to redirect yourself on the right path.

As a person who suffered from depression and got treated, there is a massive difference. It can be summarized. You know that. As I do. The whole notion of understanding human cognition and personalities, is a basic no. Not know. But no. No how. There is no way. Because it doesn't really matter to me if it matters to you regardless of the importance you put into it. If I do not subjectively agree, the reason is lost and becomes an idea. Which is useless at this point. The only way we can be saved from our own creation is to appreciate what we have. And understand it in our own way. Not in their way. Or my way. Regardless of what anyone says.

it is possible to feel anger , express anger, receive anger and love anger without any desire to hurt someone that upset you. anger is a vitality that needs to be expressed. anger is healing, feeling is healing, love is a feeling, anger is a feeling. desire is an element of feeling. both anger and desire exist in the throat chakra within the seven energy chakra structure ( these positions change within the five elemental chakras ) Love is out of control , thus when something is important enough to cause an outburst of anger , even if the anger shared is more reactive and somewhat unconscious, still there is a healing that manifests, especially when the person is consciously loving themselves and the other person while sharing their anger.
@coolarjun24

@Deborah Carroll .. interesting thoughts... have you considered the possibility of anger as being an expression of not being able to accept events beyond our control? When there is LOVE, the desire to control vanishes and anger ceases to exist.. expression is NOT mandatory.. impression that only aspect of creation that we control is miniscule, rest is creation of another creator is what are trying to experience, so that we achieve oneness with ourselves. Consider this possibility.. creator..
@heartwisdomlove
@heartwisdomlove 5 жыл бұрын
hi in response to what you wrote about it being possible to be at peace and not need to express anger - Yes I completely understand what you are sharing here, and in fact once more of our spirit and authentic feelings are felt and received as love and physically integrated there is a more solid density and grounding that can certainly prevent a lot of reactionary anger yet here is the kicker, when circumstances are just right our inner warrior will be activated and even a peaceful and wise human being will respond with a healthy anger necessary for setting a boundary. And once again i do fully understand the value of true compassion and being able to experience non-judgment and non reaction and not placing any limits on love and these spaces can definitely involve maintaining a space of love that is not limited Although since we are human there are times when we will have a limit of love. Usually though the limit of love has to do with not wanting to feel anger. The amazing thing though is that all mixings and levels of feelings must be felt and received as love while staying present in the moment for at least eight seconds during each mixing of feelings to integrate our feelings and thus our spirit into our body. This leads to an ultimate manifestation of our rainbow body yet this also requires having an excellent teacher seasoned in these healing methods to guide us as these practices are tricky when it comes to truly receiving our feelings in our body and not separating into energy. Our mental consciousness and thinking function is only energy. Energy is only thirty percent of a feeling. Feeling deeper than energy is necessary to produce a healing in our body. Our spirit unites more fully with our physical body every time we feel and receive our feelings as love in the moment. Anger ( a true joy of anger as vitality ) can transmute poison out of the body and prevent the effects of the poison. The Zen view of being at peace and staying away from anger can cause people to be in a trance or apathetic, it all depends upon the level of awareness of the person. Basically anger needs to be present and conscious for us to be vital. I do agree that you do not have to deal with anger if you dont want to yet on a wisdom level ( authentic feeling level ) what is usually perceived to be negative is actually positive ( wisdom is comfortable and non-reactive ) Yet still once again it depends upon the circumstances since it is important to be aware of the difference between the light and the dark. Kindness and cruelty coexist on a wisdom level as awareness that does not need to be acted upon. In rare circumstances what is usually perceived as cruelty is a kindness. There is a dichotomy on a wisdom feeling level of our wisdom consciousness Thus what I am getting to is that people can focus on light and love and be in denial of their shadow and the reality of the darkness that is necessary for balance and awareness I recommend working out on a punching bag to experience more feelings of anger for more awareness of our truth the danger is in suppressing anger and staying unconscious of our own spiritual residues since we are too disconnected from reality ( the reality of how our unconscious feelings are affecting us and affecting each other unconsciously ) to be more conscious you have to feel cuz without feeling your feelings your spirit stays more in energy and thus your spirit stays more separate from your body or another way of saying it is you are more separate from your body and thus as a result you will be more unaware of important aspects of consciousness leaving your body in a trance meditation can bring insights yet feeling in your body produces wisdom in your heart

coolarjun24 the actual problem is that people dont want to feel uncomfortable feeling uncomfortable feelings ( perhaps they fear being out of control ) the uncomfortable point i was attempting to make is that feeling anger is healing and produces vast amounts of pleasure and increased spiritual awareness that truly blesses us and thus feeling anger is very positive, and more positive than people can imagine since most people do not give themselves permission to feel angry ( self imagine fears arise and maybe even self righteousness and also arrogance yet this mental argument about answers and opinions is mostly mental obviously since this is merely a typed discussion on the internet ) the bottom line is that anger must be felt to manifest vitality ( fear suppresses anger and the excitement of life thus we have to feel anger to be more vital than fear ) to let go is to live and even though it feels uncomfortable or even exhausting to muster up the strength to push through apathy it is worth it to learn more about feeling anger and experience feeling anger in a safe and supported and appropriate environment ( read books by Alexander Lowen and John Pierrakos who both studied with Wilhelm Reich ) the idea is to love feeling our feelings and to choose love first and to take action to feel our feelings on purpose ( grief opens the heart and that is a beginning ) what people can not yet fathom is that there are hundreds of mixings of feelings that must be felt and received as love and integrated before they can actually feel deeper than energy ( all the millions of prayers are not working to produce peace since people are only experiencing thirty percent of their feelings ) feeling anger produces feelings of peace - that is a shocking revelation since when you do feel anger and notice how you feel both vital and peaceful you think wow i feel amazing yet no one is going to believe me when i attempt to explain to them that anger is positive and produces healing ( there are ways to feel anger that are fun and even though they involve some intense body movements they are not aggressive in the sense of projecting anger towards others - instead the person can maintain their anger and emanate love - sometimes other deeper feelings are activated as a result of the pounding and kicking exercises ) suppressed and denied feelings of anger can be discharged and projected unconsciously ( karma is continually being created yet most people are oblivious to this fact ) we are not going to find enlightenment by expecting perfection out of life As a feeling anger is only the tip of the iceberg ( depression is suppressed anger ) Again a lot of education is necessary to fully grasp the blessings of feeling all of our human feelings with presence and positive intentions ( really good actors are able to access a wide range of feelings with ease and whether or not they are truly accessing their authentic feelings for the camera is evident even though we call it a performance) of course the whole purpose of doing these feeling exercises is to become even more compassionate ( the challenge is to be able to keep choosing love even when we are having a bad day )

A series of biological reactions is what's determining who you are. Every emotion is a reaction and is not something you can pre-determine before it's respective cause(s). Therefore, what we refer to as our personalities is mere but a set of reactions that are variable and formed based on the environment around us. This means who we are and what set of system controls us, is based on what our environment is like. Who we are is flexible, and variable from birth. An individual copied a thousand times to be a newborn from an adult, and then raised in a thousand different individual environments will essentially generate a thousand different personalities, or who is in control. Who you are could've been someone else, who you dream of, who you despise... This effect can be applied to the development of future societal systems in controlled environments to ensure better efficiency and outcome of productivity.

Vyn Dux that’s a great analogy , but where does that leave free agency ? Mans ability to act for himself ?

@@j.huffhumble4281The ability to act freely is constricted by the environment in which a person is raised in. Their ability to act freely is not taken away, it's still present, but it's not truly free, because freedom is relative.

I would say my dad is completely possessed by the right wing ideology. That being said, he's actually super intelligent and he still hits me with ideas that I wouldnt have considered otherwise. And most of which, I agree with. But the fact that he's consumed by only one side of the polarity, blinds him to anything outside of that... Kills me. Makes the intelligence dumb and the wisdom narrow

Jordan is unconsciously speaking in cliches about introjection. Introjection is the internalization of the voice and attitudes of others. Introjection is a process of becoming run by unconscious interpretations based on emotional/survival/social concerns. Introjection is predicated on the prerational view of a dependent child in reaction to the people they depend on for care. Introjection establishes the force of a pseudo-adult that pretends to be an adult by mimicking behavior and making assertions that they believe are adultlike. In contrast, individuation is the process of bringing unconscious interpretations into consciousness where they can be consciously managed. Individuation is the process of becoming the view of an adult. An adult can focus attention on, and consciously respond to, innate human interpretations, behaviors, and experiences. An authentic adult has outgrown any dependence on external expectations, stories, and characterizations to give them who they are supposed to be. Jordan is unconsciously speaking in cliches because his priority is to avoid focusing conscious attention on the introjection that is causing and running his behavior.
