This is the difference between him and Steph. He started out like this too but didn't let it get to his head and develop an attitude. Steph just kept at it and at it until he got better. I think the problem was many people were saying he was going to be the next Steph and while playing on the Warriors with him how could someone not let that go to their head. And eventually he became lazy and careless riding on his prevoius success. I think being on the Wizards isn't helping now because he thought he was going to be the best player but looking at the current record might help motivate him to keep him in check.

@hamedia6018 he's had 22 assists and 1 turnover in his last 2 games. The guy is literally the reason the 2nd unit is so dominant. Replacing Poole with a pass first PG who doesn't turn the ball over is exactly what the warriors need. And he may not be big enough to have extremely efficient defense, but he's definitely good enough to cover a pg and get the team organized on defense. He takes it seriously and tries. It's a MASSIVE upgrade over Poole. Once gp2 and Green are back his minutes will hopefully float around the 25mpg range. As long as they don't over utilize him and overplay him he'll stay healthy.

Coach, he is supposed to be because his teammates are competing to be the number one man on the team instead of desiring and focusing on winning games. Jordan Poole wants to win games and championships, and he knows how to do it! His teammaates and the coach know he knows how to win, but they don't want to acknowledge it, and they are too proud to let Poole help them. So his hands are tied. Poole is focusing on helping those new teammates to develop who want to accept his knowledge of how to develop their NBA identity and how to win games. When he the Wizards team, coach, and owner are ready to win games and championships instead of accepting to be losers then they will allow Jordan Poole to be the point guard and leader on the floor instead letting Tyus Jones try to block Poole, then they will start winning games. Poole will just keep working hard on his game and be ready for whatever and wherever his destiny leads him! Poole is a pioneer and a new trend sett in the new way the NBA is playing ball now. The Tmberwolves, Thunder, and Kings were all on the bottom last season and for the last seven years. Now. They are on top. They had to build a new team using new ways of playing the game. Those guys watched Jordan Poole like a hawk in 2021-2023 . Now they are playing all his moves and ball handling skills, and shooting three's. As long as the Warriors keep playing 80s and 90s style of playing ball, they will stay in thec#11Seed position. See how Coach Popovich is waiting patiently for Wembanyama to develop and mature. He knows Weby is the most talented and gifted player on the team for this new era. He will place the other team players in position to complement Wemby. No matter how much the other teammates try to compete with Wenby and his position , Wemby is the man! And so it is with Poole. No matter where he is the team will not succeed until they accept the full participation of the talents and gifts of Jordan Poole because nobody else on the team can do what he does to cause the team to win games!

@@marylallen1884 That's a nice story. It's completely false but if you believe you might be able to affect Poole's game in a positive way. Glad he is gone and we have better rookies and young core of Moody and Kuminga taking up the minutes and CP3 is a good replacement for Poole's by leading the young core and second unit. Draymond saw right through his ego, attitude, and cockiness. Hence, the punch. He was already acting up after the ring and the bag. Not the other way around.

The wizards may need to find that coach that can tap into Jordan Pool. I am not a Pool guy but the talent is there he may need someone that can challenge and motivate him to be his best self.

....Merry Xm,as to all....that said, if you guys REALLY think GSW is a better team WITHOUT Jordan Poole...you are MISGUIDED. Say what you want' about the young brother, but he's truly what the GSW need to spell Klay and Steph. Poole is TALENTED AND FEARLESS. Does he make some bad decisions at time...YES...the fearless and talented do ( Check Kobe/Iverson in their early years). I'm STILL taking Poole over Draymond in a trade decision. HOW'S THAT DRAYMOND THANG WORKING OUT...REST MY CASE...

It's too bad. Poole has some rare athletic abilities and can be insanely fun to watch. I was sad to see him go. That being said, he isn't the first athlete to shoot himself in the foot and he won't be the last.

I’m not a cp3 fan at all, but he has been a blessing for the Dubs, he is part of the reason the young guys are showing great signs and the bench is the best bench of the league. We only need Klay and Wiggs to be back to their selves and look out for the Waaaarrriorssss. I believe Klay and Wiggs will get better. Lets hope Green stopped been silly and GP gets back healthy
@DioniWise8710 ай бұрын
Klay has already turned a new leaf. His November play and December play are like night and day. Klay seems lighter mentally, he’s making plays for others, letting the game come to him more and is building chemistry with Jonathan Kuminga, Brandin Podz, Chris Paul and “Trayce Jr”. 😆 Wiggins didn’t play in the last game against the Wizards. I hope he’ll bounce back against the Blazers and definitely against the Nuggets on Christmas Day. The Warriors will need everyone playing at a high level.

Cp3 or Jordan Poole...hell yeah I'll take point God every time...even as old as he is...the headache that the wizards are having now we've been having even in that championship year...only thing is in the championship year...defense didn't know Poole...and he could do all that dribble dribble dribble show time stuff...the following season better defense and defenders on him...he never improved and what was worse.. picked up flopping from that Celtics series...what could have been a great lil young bench...if he learned to give up the ball and relocate...instead of dribble dribble dribble...flop...cp3 is such a calming presence and playmaker..exactly what the warriors need...
@walanderson22510 ай бұрын
Decent video. There’s a little bit of embellishment going on though lol. I think you’re giving Chris Paul too much credit for the emergence of the bench. Some of those things are happening because Steve Kerr is giving certain players more minutes. I’m not going to give him CP3 sole credit for Kuminga and Jackson-Davis playing well. I could tell you posted this on the heels of the Warriors beating the wizards last night. Jordan had a poor shooting night, but still led his team in scoring. Let’s not be so quick to say that he can’t turn his season around. We have a long way to get to 82 games.

I watched almost every warriors game except 2-3. There were 9-10 games in a row he just fell down with no one touching him or he would dribble it off his foot and kick it out of bounds… the majority of the games when he had the ball he would just shoot it instead of trying to find curry or the open man. He even said that his legacy was complete by getting that second contract. A complete lack of drive to get better and hone his craft. I feel when he hits his contract year we will see 2022 Jordan Poole.

Right. The real reason Draymond punched him is because he's good - Green felt threatened, handled it over-emotionally and attacked. Poole should sue.

After playing the Warriors, honestly I think he is gonna start locking in, he's been going through some weird mental stuff but He just dropped 30 didn't he? Warriors should have traded Draymond and invested in Poole they will regret it I think. Poole does have potential.

The only way Jordan Poole reaches his ultimate potential is he matures, the GM aquires a vet to mentor Poole, and some real ballers (All-Stars) to place around Poole, as Poole is not at All-Star level himself yet.

Everybody still blames draymond, specifically now whith his suspension, but ppl forget that for the most part they made it work and they were playing pretty good, good enough to get to the playoffs. Its wasn't like jp sucked the whole season after the incident. To tell you the truth, i believe JP sabotaged the Warriors from getting to the finals. He wanted to get traded and he probably believes in his heart that he's the main reason they won a chip, not Steph. Thats why i hate him and i wanted to see him go. I only calmed down a bit when i saw that he's still not as good with a new team.
