Poole said himself that he and his family are set for life, and that “being able to play with no pressure, is dope”. Guess what made him good on the Warriors… pressure. That lack of pressure, means he has lost his motivation. That paired with the fact he’s now the main dude for the Wizards he’s getting all the defensive attention and can’t hack it.

VORP is value over replacement player. The formula shows us the number of points a player is producing over their replacement player, per 100 TEAM possessions over an entire season. Basically: is this player performing up to their contract? Do they deserve the starting lineup? Are they a solid 6th man? Advanced stats help us see how a player performs on both ends if the floor, and not simply points & rebounds.

Yes and no. The argument could be made that GSW enabled him in his immaturity, but Poole's decisions are his own. He will be held responsible for the choices he made, not GSW. Holding to the idea that "it would have been better only if..." in this particular scenario is playing the victim. To be bluntly honest, I don't have a lot of sympathy for people who squander a $140M extension. @ryansproviero Жыл бұрын
Huh? The last CBA made it possible for them to sign KD with the spike in the cap due to the new TV deal back then. There's already a mechanism in place to allow teams to keep what they've developed with Bird Rights. If you're willing to pay, nothing is stopping a team from keeping their own. It seems your issue is with having a cap at all which ensures some level of competitive balance. Without that, you'd have the large market teams just buying up talent without any consequences.
@iluvdissheet Жыл бұрын
@@ryansproviero you missed the point. The new CBA is to avoid these Durant (to phoenix), Kyrie, Harden trades. To protect ownership. Then you look at GS that built through the draft and smart trading is being punished for other owners chasing titles. KD was a free agent when he came to GS so it wasnt about cap space and it STILL isnt for GS. This new CBA is designed to help the franchises playing checkers aganist those playing chess.
@ryansproviero Жыл бұрын
@@iluvdissheet The cap jumped 24 million the year they got KD because the Union declined a cap smoothing proposal. The new CBA now includes cap smoothing which halts it at 10% with additional money being pushed into the next year that doesn't reach 10%. Golden State has paid massive tax bills because they chose to sign KD and then roll over the salary into DLo and then Wiggins. They knowingly did this and then proceeded to complain about it. The cap wasn't created after they signed KD. They were well aware of what they were doing. Nothing has stopped them from throwing money at their team and nothing still does as long as you're willing to pay the tax.

You know what’s crazy they still have more rings than Poole more awards and accomplishments than Poole and he thought he can say that shit. Draymond no matter how much you hate the man is a vital reason the warriors even won chips. He’s the best glue guy amazing passer and ball handler and of course a DPOY type of defender. Poole acted like he was the only reason to win a chip when there were two other guys who were doing better being curry and Wiggins hence why they got looked at for fmvp. Poole is just an arrogant kid and it really shows this year if you couldn’t see it last year lowkey glad draymond laid him out

I was and still am a fan of Poole, but I don't think this gets better for him!🤷

I like your channel and you do a good job, but I dont watch 90% of the video. The detailed recaps for every story of what feels like their life since birth are getting tiring and boring.

Poole looks like that one obnoxious acquaintance that keeps hanging around your friend circle.

Draymond "I don't just punch anyone." Suppose he's right because he punches EVERYONE
