Here’s my Drum play through of “Time Crunch” by Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater)
This one is quite fun and challenging to play with multiple metre and tempo changes. It was one of those pieces where you just really have to listen to the music more instead of playing to a click. Well, I tried. Brilliant arrangement by Jordan.

How close is your drumming to the original? Do you go with the basics and then just make it yours?

The prominent parts and main groove are almost similar with the exception of some cymbal fills and effects. Drum fills and everything else are different.
