It is the beginning of Spring here in South Africa, and that beautiful quilt is just the right quilt to start our spring off with a bang, especially as on Thursday we stil got a fresh layer of snow on the mountains, thick frost on the lawn and ice on our truck windscreen! Thank you Donna!

Curved seams truly aren't difficult. Donna's tips about piecing, pressing and trimming are spot on and if I can do, anyone can. I love the fabrics selected and the variegated thread on THIS quilt. I would love to win the Twist and Shout give away.

I love these templates with the notches. I use a utility knife to cut the slips because it fits inside better than a scissors or pencil.
