This Emmy quilt should be renamed to Efficiency. I love how someone came up with making the flying geese, patchwork, nd the half square triangles in bulk. So genius! Plus, you're right, Donna, the contrast of the blue made everything else pop. Love that! Great quilt! Thank you Donna nd team!!!

Yet again it’s been a delight to watch the latest video shared by Donna and her wonderful crew. Neither the pattern nor the fabrics spoke to me this time but I thoroughly enjoyed watching Donna go through the process. It never gets old, Donna: your pleasure in choosing a pattern and fabric, your impeccable preparation, demonstrations and execution are always so refreshing and relaxing to see. Thank you yet again for sharing your time and talent with your audience. Kudos to your wonderful support system for their help in always turning out terrific videos.

Your teaching method is so concise, giving the feeling an advanced quilt pattern is easy from start to finish, maybe 2 days. Ha ha. When I notice different nail polish in some videos, I think this might have been weeks to finish. Yet, still thinking it might be possible!

Donna, What a gorgeous quilt to make as the first of 2024. Truly award winning in my books. I love the colors and fabric prints you chose; especially the beautiful blue of the outer part of the stars... truly stellar looking. I feel exactly the same as the other subscribers who posted their comments. We all missed you and are delighted to have you back. However, I am glad you decided to delay the tutorials until now. Owning your own business, and producing this KZbin channel demands a lot. I am not really sure when you would have time to really recharge unless you just decided to put your health and family first for awhile. Thank you for all you do to make quilting such a rewarding and creative skill to develop. ✨🏆♥

Good morning to the lovely Donna and "all" the Jordan family, you have been sorely missed Donna, but i am so glad to see you back this morning.Love the Emmy quilt and maybe you could use the background fabric as those tiny cornerstones the next time. With the background fabric not near the corner stones, having it in the middle would just add that "pop" of colour that you so enjoy in your quilts. The colours and design of this quilt would be loved by my son, who loves teals/blues/turquoises and defined shapes. Thank you Donna and James for yet another wonderful make, sending you all crafty hugs from Norah, Glenochil,, Central Scotland

TY for demostrating this excellent method of 8 HST and flying geese! So good.! LOVE your videos and look forward to every one of them!! Your son does an excellent job and I know they are a ton of work!! Can you plz show yourself putting the borders on a quilt? I know you have videos of border application, but it would be nice to see you adding borders every once in a while, rather than finishing the center of the quilt and next we see it on the quilt machine.

This is a really lovely quilt! I really like the color scheme and how you used the prints and the grunge fabrics together. It's great that they are just 12 blocks in the quilt which makes up a big quilt pretty quickly too. I had to laugh because on the last step putting the block together you had one of the blocks upside down. I kept saying to the TV "Donna turn that block the other way!" Your blocks all turned out perfectly so you must've corrected that!😊
