People always tend to crucify others for their mistakes, but I think she’s is already a couple steps ahead of some of us. I know I don’t speak for everyone. But I still admire the fact that she’s already having client meetings. She already knows about running ads. She just jumped into the field with no sales/communication skills, thats brave in my opinion! Jordan, I NEVER comment publicly on social media but you don’t know how much value I find on your videos, it has given me loads of inspiration. Just wanted to say infinite thanks and hopefully soon I’ll be joining the Academy. Cheers everyone! Keep up the good work.

This is a great video concept Jordan, one thing I think would be helpful next time is adding subtitles on what the owner and prospect are saying. Sometimes it was a bit hard to follow on with the audio. The feedback and guidance you provided was great. Good for her for being open to sharing this, especially it being only her second sales call.

I love these videos, I'm currently in the process of starting my own agency and I love when you stop the video to give feedback because the mistakes the agency owner in the video did will most definitely be the same mistakes I will be making and I love when you give examples of what to say and how you give the psychology behind the response because it gives me a better understanding on why to say a specific thing in a specific way. I really do enjoy the long in-depth videos due to their value and how much its helping me as a 17 year old who's new to this, I hope you know how helpful you are to so many people who are trying to achieve their goals.

This took me right back to my first sales pitch 😂. Well done to this woman. The first hurdle is getting in front of people. Its hard enough cold calling. I think this kind of content is invaluable for new starters. I also think its important for them to know that most of us ( salesmen/women) were scared shitless when we started. Learn your picth. You know more than they do about what you're selling. Thats something that always stuck with me. Great video as always.

I believe that if 1 is to begin an SMMA agency then he must learn how FB ads work and know how to run them themselves or at least have a very clear idea of how they work because if you don't then you don't truly understand the power of ads and you also automatically sell a product without having any strong beliefs about it. You must be 100% convinced that what you're selling is the best thing in the world. Ads are 1 of the most powerful tools of capitalism. What are your thoughts on this?

I much prefer you continually paysing with feed back because i yhink if you waited till after it would be harder for us to remember exactly what she did and what exactly to do differently. Giving immediate feedback is much easier to digest. My two cents.

Man, they did not respect the business owner's time. 15 minutes is over and they still haven't spoken about what they have to offer. I've had calls where the business owner says, "you said 15 minutes and I need to go." That's the worst feeling because you don't even get to present, let alone close.
