The power draw information is actually on the bottom, but it is not a sticker. Rather, it's molded into the plastic itself, making it hard to see without good lighting conditions.

I believe these draw 1.1 Amps, same as the Lasko Wind Machine and Lasko Wind Tunnel, but I could be mistaken.

I don't think these are bad fans. The airflow is acceptable for what they are. It's nice to see this model still being produced with a simple mechanical switch. I know a lot of these have digital controls which aren't necessary. The biggest gripe I have with this fan like many others is the low speed is too fast.

I was very surprised to see this in the store with the mechanical control set, I thought they were all digitan now. I agree, low speed is too fast and too loud. The air flow isn't necessarily too much, but the noise certainly is.

1. My guess the grill is referring to the radial guarding vs how the plain 3733 box holes are. Thats a big factor on the noise the more I think about it. I don't have any scientific proof for this, but i'd suspect the air to come off the blade however that blade is spinning and if its a square hole that's more resistance. But of course marketing has to give it a spin. 2. I guess I can't call the manual "inderstructions" as it is the brOke 3. The back looks quite restricted and would have to agree on your assessment of this unit's noise. Wonder if it would be quieter with less dumb guarding cut off..

You unscrew the guard and wipe off the blades, blow the motor out with compressed air, and wash the guards with the garden hose.

Believe me! it's a hassle you got to un screw it from the back and you can't take the blades off. I had to use a old toothbrush just to clean the back of it, it's not worth it a regular box model would suffice......

Ok this message is coming to you a good year after your video. First, it's been a year, how do you like it and is it holding up well for you? The thing that brought me to your video is, I had a 18 inch industrial style fan die on me and replaced it with this. No complaints about the previous fan, it'd lasted plenty long enough that it was worth the money. However as I got this exact model and style fan as it's replacement I'm checking out any videos on it. Was torn between a Cyclone and a Wind Machine as their both from Lasko, however being late October currently seen my local Target store have them, probably briefly due to the current season, marked down to $28. A deal on a great brand and something I'm actually in the market for didn't get passed up. It's great, but as a couple of others have said the low setting is still quite powerful and loud. I hear they last a good long time, fingers crossed that's true, but so far I'm loving mine.

Air movement is good, but it's too loud for my preferences. I haven't gotten much use out of it because of that. These Lasko fans can last a while, providing they are kept clean. Blow out the motor with compressed air every few months of operation.

@@JordanUI bought mine because townhouse demising walls have little sound proofing and thought it wasn’t loud enough. As night came I agree. Its really loud. L3 is probably going to keep neighbors awake

Typical lasko product, no packaging. I have nos fans from lasko that didnt have packaging and the paperwork was all messy
