The last of the good Lasko box fans. I've only seen one of these in person before so I agree that these are rather uncommon. I'm not sure whether the D blade or the early petal blade is the better one. The D blade seems to move a higher volume of air, but the early petal blade has an impressive air velocity. This was the last year of the Marco motor. Then everything went downhill with those junky PSC motors.

I agree with your assessment of the blades' performances. The first PSC motors were OK, as long as they were kept clean, there wasn't really a danger. It wasn't until later on when they started to get very weak.

I use lasko 3733 for my gaming pc and I can get a 10.0 ghz oc on my threadripper with 40 degrees celsius temps at full load. I pair it with an rtx 2080 ti and I can run Microsoft solitare at 2 fps 360p soooo good and smooth
