So many lying kids here😁😁😁.Although these are homeworkouts they are actually pretty hard for everyone.I'm sure that average person cant finish all levels in few months.It takes 7-8 omonths at least.

first 5 minutes : "well this is easy" min 5-10 : "okay its getting harder but I can still manage to follow him" min 10-20 : space space space space space (on my laptop)

I found it all easy besides the extreme burpees set. That one had me gasping for air. That's literally the only thing that makes this workout super intense imo. Then again, my fitness levels are above average so I'm not the best person to ask lol. I've worked out my entire life.

So... I did the whole thing, even the burpee round. Let me just tell you this, if you think you're not gonna make it just keep going. When I was on my third set of the burpee round I thought "Man, I think I'm just gonna get to the 5th set." When I finished the 5th, I said "Ok, one more" and just kept going until I was able to finish the whole thing.

You were so consistently with # of your burpees in the special round. You started with 11 burpees in your first 30 sec and ended with almost 10 in your last 30 sec. I have never seen anyone this consistently with burpees before. Love your energy and especially your great forms. Thanks Jordan for all these awesome videos.

Not kidding I did this for 3 week everyday (2 reps of this entire video) per hour and 6 hours (per day) ie : 42 hours a week and 84 reps of this video a week and I lost weight from 70kgs to 50kgs IT IS REAL dont give up u will makeit!

Guys, it works like MAGIC! I reached my body goal after 6-7 weeks, without any special strict diet - just simply eating healthily (I'm a woman). This is the best workout set on KZbin. It's simple, easy to follow, and you don't get bored of it after a week. It's short so it won't drain you, instead it fills you with energy. Thanks Jordan ❤️

I started his workout from lv 2, and currently im in lv 3. I am doing them two weeks. It result great, especially, my belly fat. Every level increase, it increases in new moves and longer duration. It really great!!!

Killer workout!! When I did it the first time I thought I’m going to faint after all of those burpees. After 1 month doing this 2-3 times/week I can get through with the 5 lbs weight in each hand. My favourite Quarantine workout!Thanks for the awesome video🙌💚

I did warm up and the first and the second rounds but the biggest surprise was that last Burpees round,I only did 7 series ...my weight is 250 pounds...it was a good first time record encause I'm 50 years old...

Hey Jordan 1st of all i want to thank you for this video. Alter i stoped training on gym (couse of quarantine they are closed) i didnt know what to do. Then... alter 30 days, my weight goes from 85 to 94... its soooo bad. Searching YT i found this video. Start training with you. 1st week.... so hard for me. But next days goes better. Alter one month, by changing diet and dont give up i lose 8kg. Im so happy. I think, now i dont need any gym, couse homeworkout is that what i want to do. Thank you bro for making videos like this. I'm a big fan of your workouts Jordan and tried this one today. -Round 1 - I was like bro , this is to easy for me -Round 2 - yeah acceptable -Round 3 came on - I was so happy I smashed. Was getting ready to switch off the TV then the message popped on the screen ' Can you do more ?' I was like hell yeah !! Special round , set 3 I was out of breath ☠☠☠ Thanks dude , I won't give up until I complete the entire round of burpees 💪

That's the greatest combination between push ups and intensive fat burning work out! Three consecutive years , when summer is starting, I use this work out to get shredded after a long bulking term during winter . Keep experimenting with the sets and doing such great work outs ! Thank you 😁💪

I will come back here every day and update you with my progress. I am an 18 year old boy who tries to lose 15 kg, before the quarantine I went to the gym now I want to try this workout every morning and write the results here. Day 1: I haven't been to the gym for 2 months now and this training destroyed me. 150 BPM, zero coordination and lots of sweat. I stopped training at minute 10. Day 2: I saw up to 12 minutes, little progress.

Have done this workout several times in the last 3-4 years. First time doing it at an altitude of 2,355m. It was hard. But I did it!!!!!

I absolutely love this format. The last round instead of Burpee’s I did one Burpee one deck squat for some reason it seemed more well-balanced and just as challenging. I love your workouts keep them coming❤

After 7 minutes rest, I did 60 burpes in last round, That's not a high number but I was proud of myself and has lots of motivation to lose weight. Thanks Jordan, you are a king.

Sort of, but nothing serious since my ship has zero case with the virus. Just for safety measures. Nothing to do but eat sleep eat sleep so better add this work out.

I'm doing some home Workouts for around 3 months. They gave me some good physical changes. But nowadays, my body is not changing and those workouts feel really easy now. So I decided to do some extreme workouts. Today was my first day, and man! This Was dope af. Now I'm feeling dizzy. Though I took a lot of breaks during the workout and skipped level 4++, but I think it's okay as the first day! I'm sweating a lot right now!

Didnt excerise for 1year due to injury.tried this video, "Done!" i thought. Only to realise it only the first lvl. Manage to do it till lvl 3, and stop. Take a cold shower and sit down in my chair. Got a leg cramp

It was my first attempt for this workout. And I happily announce that - #ISurvivedJySpecialRound My target - To do it 2 times back to back. I took around 5 mins of rest between Round 3 and round 4. And last but not least bro. Love from India.

What a session! Been doing exercise following your videos /sessions since April ( due toMCO). With healthy diet, I lost up to 4kg+ with increase of strength and endurance. 💪

Completed to the end. I should have rested bit more before the death round, but I averaged 6 burpees/interval on the death round. I would say #IBARELYSURVIVEDJYSPECIALROUND. I will keep doing this until i can keep up with JY all the way through. 💯

#ISurvivedJYSpecialRound Thank you! I love your workouts and of course your body. 😀 But I wish you would have made the last round a bit harder. After the second round I had some hard moments but the last round felt a bit too easy, even if the exercise is great. Besides of that it was an awesome experience and great workout. Please continue making such videos. ^_^ .I would love to see a longer workout (maybe 40min?) with also special six pack workouts included. That would be awesome. 🤗

Jordan i will do this exercise for 2 months every day i will update my feelings after workout. Wish me luck. Am 175 cm and 80 kg. Day 1: I dont fell good after this workout. Am sweat asf, my abs are in pain, hands not to much cuz am doing dips every day. I did this with extra round only burpes without a push up. Am done for today. Day 2: Abs are in most pain, hands too. So intense, i can wash my self with my sweat. Am trying to burn fat with this exercise and some kinda of diet. No drinks except water limunade and other healthy drinks. No chocolate, no fast food and no bread, i have 2 slices for all day
