What I love the most is there's little to no video editing during the routine, and hence showing us the result before and after the exercise (amount of sweat).

Okay, after I got over his muscles (and then him taking off his shirt at which point I think my jaw dropped for a second time), I started talking to the video, refusing to believe at first that he was going to be doing that many burpees, calling him evil, and generally loving every second (while I'm sitting on my butt watching instead of doing lol). Definitely subscribing!

Jordan's workouts kick arse! I needed to 'cheat' on the lunges due to dodgy old ankles but otherwise kept up and made it all the way through. Even burpees seem enjoyable after following his videos for a few weeks now, although that could just be the extreme fatigue talking. Thanks so much!!!

I liked the programming! Halfway through, I was thinking that if I had to repeat what I'd just done, I wouldn't make it through (feeing low energy today). But the way you switched it up and reversed the order made it more manageable.

I'm a new subscriber to your channel! I'm not sure if you would see this or not but I wanted to say I really like your workout format! I finished one of your level 4 workouts 2 days ago and it felt great physically after a couple of months of lock down! One recommendation i have is to add the work out name in the audio, just before the word "go", as I don't watch the video all the time....I'm listening to the audio for start/stop and look into the video only when I have to refer to the movement when I'm not familiar with it. Thanks again for sharing these workout videos!!!!

Just finished my first work out. I jumped right into level 4 and this work out kicked my ass. I failed to complete each round of the burpees, and the mountain climbers. I never have been into doing burpees and the mountain climbers started hurting my Achilles tendon, guess it was too much too soon for me. But I sure did my best to keep up with him. Oh and I did the step lunges, I couldn't do the jumping lunges. I will be back for more!!!

Just completed the workout. I am half dead. Definitely the level is slightly higher than 3.5 if you're following the same pace as Jordan maintains. Overall my fat is crying loud. Kick ass Routine. Thumbs Up

Yes..... I agree..... For a minute I thought, he will do all the exercise in round 2 and then start excluding one by one with each set. When I realised I had to do plank after burpees,I was dead 😅

My core is pretty strong, like I can do a 5 minute RKC plank but my shoulders killed me in the descending sequence on the mountain climbers.
