@@smileok123698 I started all the way from lvl 0.5 as I was not strong. Then every 2 weeks i was going up 0.5 in level. When i was doing lvl 2.5 fat burning and strengthening I was looking good already. I also did intermitent fasting. I was eating tuna sandwich at 12 am. Then at 6 dinner anything I wanted. Glass of red wine. All the way. Lost a lot of weight and feek great.

Amazing! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from Next Level Diet. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. After the first 12 mins I almost gave up, its been a month since I haven't done no cardio, then I decided to go all out and keep and constant pace which wasn't too aggressive, i was amazed with myself that I finished the whole 30 mins without pausing. So proud. Thank you for this great video

just finished this work out. I am a 68 yr old female who had been exercising and doing weights for the last 2 years. This work out is the best cardio workout so far. what i did is i modified some of the movements and i still sweat a lot. i will continue to do your exercises here. I'm 45 and this will be my first time. However, after doing cardio for a year with 100 burpees every other day. I'm more than confident that this will help me burn more belly fat. Started with a waist 42 and now I'm a 34. Lost 30 pounds of fat so far. Just need to get the belly under control now. Good for you and for those who can't. Start the next day. Little by little. Don't give up on yourself.

Hey you, I am a total beginner who tries to myself together and workout and eating well for my body, mental and health. I completed this workout. But, I paused many times. I didn't do the burpees because right now I know I'm not able to do it, so I did jumping jacks instead of for the moment. And you know what ? THIS IS NOT A BIG DEAL. Because it's always better to begin and complete this workout the best you can, than doing nothing. Take your time and listen to your body. Remember that Jordan is a professional athlete who's being doing this job for many years. So be kind with yourself and work hard, step by step you're gonna get better every day, I swear ! I have done this workout for 8 days consecutively 1st thing in the morning, followed by OMAD in afternoon. At 1st it was tough, trust me the more consistent u r the better u perform. Consistency is the king! Thanks Jordan! This is the most motivating workout I have done so far, keep me going!

I have been travelling the word for the last 17.5 months and continue to work out 4 times a week (give or take a day). I use this work out when I do not want to run or do the longer 1 hour workout by Jordan. I have kept fit and positive. Also, works well when I have nowhere to run, as is sometimes the case in certain parts of the world. Quick story, I was in some remote part of Asia a year or so ago and saw a couple of young lads working out on the side of a road with a phone work out in front of them. I recognised some of their exercises as probably Jordan’s, so I went over and they were following a Jordan workout. I said “hey, Jordan Yeoh” and put my thumb up, they laughed and put their thumb up. Nice work Jordan, you are everywhere! 😃

ha! you got me! I thought the last 30 was Jacks so I did Bicycle Crunches instead - then I noticed you doing Burpees! So I went back and did 30sec more of Burpees! Level this one up and do the Decend in the opposite sequence so we do most bicycls, burpees, etc! Great workout! #keepupthegoodworkouts !

Okay so here's a tip That actually helped me guys :- 1 day :- 16 mins 2 day :- 21 Mins 3 day :- 17 mins💔 4 day (today) :- I was fucking tired I had a long day and I thought of quitting but then this is the time to show my real willpower so here's what I did on 10:45 pm i drank black coffee just 15 mins before my workout i started my workout on (11:00 pm) and trust me i completed it today .......good luck kingss🔱🔱

I started training because I was very dissatisfied with my own appearance, I looked in the mirror and felt bad, so I decided to change! I created healthy habits, practicing physical activities, I started eating more natural foods from the earth, I started looking for God. When 2021 began, I could barely train properly, I was very sedentary, I couldn't even do a proper sit-up, I weighed 70kg. Today in 2024 I currently weigh in the 50/48kg range and I feel more energetic, I fell in love with HIIT cardio and high intensity training which before was a big challenge for me, and today it is super good. So if you want to change your health and your aesthetics, never give up, believe in God and persist in what is good for you, we all have bad days, but that doesn't mean we can give up and throw everything away, you who are reading this comment, YOU IT ACHIEVES! Glad I found your channel. I gained A LOT of weight during covid and never really found the drive to get back into shape. I started an intermittent fasting diet 2 months ago but never really got myself to start exercising even after all the planning till yesterday. This is the second day i’ve been following your routine. Honestly I can only last till the 10th minute mark right now. Im excited for the day where I can first complete your routine atleast. [LEVEL 7] ASCENDING: Burpees Russian Twist Lateral Shuffle( Suicide) Bicycle crunch Side to side jump squat Jumping Lunges Push ups DESCENDING: Pike push ups Jumping Lunges Jumping Squat Plank up and down( Plank set ups) Plank to Tuck Jump Switching mountain climbers Burpees N.B: The last Burpees, do "Tuck Burpees" instead of regular burpees.

First time I did this workout, I thought it was easy - 30 secs break after jumping jacks? Come on. And then I just couldn't do it without extra breaks towards the middle. At the end I couldn't even breathe. Second time I did this workout, I managed to do everything! Celebrating progress. And thanks Jordan for putting this together. Off to next level soon!
