Tbh for the biceps, the arm blaster is a must-have, even if you workout at home, I bought one really cheap from Amazon, and it does the job properly.

I do it with my office bag with some clothes to add weight . And use a plastic pipe for wide and long grip. It's best😎 These two things combined can be use for shoulder biceps abs triceps ✌️

@@nethul_h it has been almost I year . Just was able to maintain the muscles that I had already built in gym.But I sure thing we won't get that interest that we get in using actually equipment.Now lockdown are over so we can spend 1k and get some stuff

@@nethul_h with bag and all . There is always imbalance in the right and left . I don't take protein stuffs. So usually I gain muscle only after 2 to 3 months of gym workout only. This something gene specific.It would be better to have atleast set dumbles .with different weight. As there variation only help in building muscle

If you put some bricks into the bucket instead of water, in my opinion that would make it easier, without the fear of water coming out of the bucket. Great tips btw. Thanks!
