This guy is an amazing coach, not in what takes a team to play great football, but in the way where, if he's message gets through the group, the motivation it builds is unbeliavable. This guy took FC Porto to a Champions League, Chelsea to where he took them before they became superstars, Inter to win everything with a team of old guys and unstable dudes and even get the best player in the world, with a player that after him, never got again in that level, so... When he get a decent team that will follow he's belief that they can win whoever comes in front of them, they will win whoever comes in front of them. The problem is when he gets egos of superstars (some of them, that he created), and somehow, it's message got a bit worned and difficult for this young guys educated in a different way to understand... Because when that comes, what he knows about real football, is not enough in this modern football days. As a Portuguese, i'm really prod of what José build. This is just my opinion about him
