Joseph Smiths “Magical World View” theory IS DEAD!!!

I will be talking about the disservice that has been done in the quest for truth in the LDS space and Ex-Mormon world. Dan Vogel and others have been studying Joseph Smiths necromancy and “FOLK MAGIC, for over 30 years.
Why has Dan Vogel and others, continuously pushed this folk maic narrative, when they know good and well THIS IS NIT FOLK MAGIC. It is called Solomonic Magic, and is miles away from what is commonly called folk magic.
I studied the signs and y of Joseph Smiths talisman and parchment paper. It took me about a month to discover it is actually Solomonic Magic, not folk magic.
So I ask sincerely, Dan Vogel, why has it taken you and others 30 years? You are selling books, and the churches narrative, that’s why.
Beware of people like this. They are referred to as “Back Handed Apologists” He has stated several times in several videos, he “ONLY USES CHURCH SOURCES” in his own words, on video. I don’t care how you slice this….. That is the very textbook definition of an apologists.

I think that Folk Magic is a simple term that refers to occult practices which include but are not limited to: Solomonic Magic, Hermeneutics, planetary and celestial powers, Zoroastrianism, Kabbalah…. It’s much easier to simplify and lump them all into, folk magic. In Joseph’s time that’s likely what it would have been called especially by those who did not believe in its power and frowned upon its use.
