I just saw you video on this beautiful Josephina Cookie. Looks very easy to make and also very delicious. I make a version of it called Perog. My beautiful aunt who passed away many years ago taught it to me over 30 years ago and I have been making it since that time. It takes a very long time and many steps. I am going to make yours tonight, share with my uncle, my cousins and part of my family. You are just wonderful. I was wondering if you ever taught your audience how to make blintzes. My wonderful Mama taught me that when I was just a little girl and I have been making it for over 50 years. These last few years I have made a cake out of it by making a homemade custard cream and layering it between the blintze layers , usually 35 layers, then decorating then decorating the cake on top with fresh strawberries, blueberries or whatever fresh fruit that are in season. Let me know if you are interested and I will get back with you. Your program is beyond awesome and I also love watching your Mama too. She reminds me of my special auntie and my Mama too. Take care Beautiful Margarite. Your Cooking Friend, Manushak

Hi Manoushk! Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me. I very much appreciate it. Did you cook the Josephina? How did you like it? I hope you like it. It is my faverate. I don't know how to make the blintzes, but I have seen others make it. Where are you located? Maybe next time you make it we can shoot an episode for my audience. Would you like to host it? 👩🍳😍

@@margaretlalikskitchen3552 Hi Margaret john: Let me make you laugh. I made your Josephina cookies that night. I did it for my 98 year old uncle. Guess what? Not only did my uncle enjoy your Josephina cookies, my cousins went crazy over them and so did my niece, her husband and a friend of theirs. Everyone took your cookies home. I will make it for my daughter in law because she loves my perog and I am sure she will love your cookie also. It reminds me of perog, cookie version. I live in Cypress, which is one minute away from Los Alamitos Race Track or also Seal Beach. I make blintzes all the time because my family really enjoys them very much. My newest creation for the last year or two is making a cake out of them, meaning, layering them with a homemade custard in between each blintze and then on top putting fruit. It's very easy when you learn how to make it. I have a very interesting easy melt in your mouth cookie recipe that young and old people love . I am not sure about how I feel about being on camera. Let me know how to contact you, if you want my phone number, or an email, and we can talk. Have a wonderful day and thank you, Manushak
